STREETLY PROJECT
The Streetly project was the extension and transformation of a bungalow into a modern, airy 3 bedroom house with a contemporary design.

RECENT HOUSE TRANSFORMATION IN SUTTON COLDFIELD
The first visit started with design to brain storm exciting ideas for a complete house transformation to turn a recently acquired property into a dream home. After discussing the brief with the clients, preliminary design drawings showed an innovative and exciting open plan family room and living kitchen with a large open space ideal for accommodation of a growing family. The design incorporated large bifold doors giving views and access to the garden and lantern roof lights that flood the internal space with natural day light. The clients wanted to get the most from this property so the roof line was raised and the previously redundant loft space was transformed into an additional bedroom and home working office suite with bathroom facilities.
TRANSFORM YOUR LIVING ACCOMMODATION
This was a superb opportunity to transform a traditional sized detached house, in a fantastic location, into a super-spacious family home. The design provided modern, open plan kitchen and living rooms with first floor bedrooms and modern bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows allowing views of the garden.
RECENT DOMESTIC EXTENSION
Recent domestic extension featuring large sliding doors, lantern roof lights and underfloor heating creating a modern, exciting living space .
LIVING KITCHEN FAMILY EXTENSION
This is a project under construction currently, extending existing kitchen into a large kitchen with living area overlooking the garden in an Orangery style design reflecting the existing architecture of the house with large lantern roof lights flooding the interior with natural light. A large Arts and Crafts style house in Four Oaks and this is a second phase extension with an earlier extension completed 4 years ago.
